You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

When registering for our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Before providing any treatment, we will conduct a consultation to assess your suitability for the treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine it would not be in your best interest based on health, safety, or other reasonable concerns.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments for our Services can be booked through our website, by telephone, or in person. All appointments are subject to practitioner availability.

When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any other information relevant to the treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse outcomes for which we cannot be held responsible.

We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or reduce the duration of your treatment to accommodate other clients.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") may result in a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we may waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment for future appointments.

Payment Terms

Payment for our Services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment applications.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect appointments already confirmed.

For certain treatments or packages, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by us or in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Special offers, discounts, and promotional pricing are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. All our practitioners are qualified professionals who adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Before receiving any treatment, you must complete a comprehensive medical history form and disclose all relevant health information, including allergies, medical conditions, medications, and previous aesthetic treatments.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

You agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by our practitioners. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the results of your treatment and could lead to adverse outcomes for which we cannot be held responsible.

If you experience any adverse reactions following a treatment, you should contact us immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee specific results from our treatments as outcomes can vary depending on individual factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rewind Time Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific treatment that gave rise to such claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

• Death or personal injury resulting from our negligence;
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by UK law.
